Placing An Order
All our items are made to order, we customize our items for you. A 50% deposit must be made before we can start on your order. The remaining balance is due at the time of pick, delivery or  shipping. Please take your time and double check with the sales person to make sure your order is correct. Any changes to the order must be within 48 hours. Once we have began you order your deposit is non-refundable.

Lead Time
We strive our best to produce your order within 1-2 weeks. For larger orders more time may be necessary. Rush orders are available depending on our work load and for an additional fee. Once your order is ready you will be notified.

Custom Orders
If you'd like something custom made a sketch and measurements are required from the customer  to start the process of a custom order. A deposit is also required for custom orders, these deposit are non-refunable.

Deliver and Shipping
We are available to deliver locally and  can even ship out of state. Price on shipping may very as we hire a company that specializes in moving and shipping vintage furniture. They provide excellent service and even install the items. We do not overcharge on shipping the quote they give us is the quote we give you.

If you are unable to pick or are not ready for delivery when we complete your order , it will be moved to storage. Storage cost is $20/day and will start  a day after the completed order date we gave.

Refurbishing Your Own Furniture
We can help you restore and refurbish your own steel furniture or reupholster chairs. A quote can be obtained by emailing us a photo of your items along with its measurements, you may also bring in your item to the store to receive a quote. Like purchasing our items we require at least a 50% deposit of your total in order to begin our work.

Renting Our Furniture
Our items are available for rent. We require a weekly 30% of the item's value and a check for the full value of the item that we will hold for insurance. If the item is damaged or destroyed while in your possession you are resposible for paying the full value of the item you are renting in addition to our weekly rental fee.

Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discovery, and Personal check, Company check, and Cashiers check. Payments may be split into two payment methods.

Damage Claims
We do the best we can to provide excellent products. However since our items are refurbished and vinatge there might be slight wear and tear marks. We fully guarantee that you will be satisfied with our items and that they are fully functional. We want to keep the item as original as it is rather than  compromise its history. All our items are inspected before we begin our work on them. At the time of pick up or deliver feel free to inspect your items for any damage.
